Marketing your books is, of course, crucial to selling them! I have sold several books to date, but I definitely need to Increase my sales. I went back to Fiverr to search for someone to market them for me. I like to use the Level 2 freelancers because they have proven their talent, and they post many positive reviews from generally thousands of clients. I chose one, and I really liked her. I had her promote each of my three books that were in print at the time. She did some really nice mock-ups for me that I continue to use, and she did promote my books on social media sites as well as Etsy, Goodreads, etc. Unfortunately, I really do not think that it helped much to increase sales.
I then decided that I needed to do something different to help promote my books myself, so I first set up an author’s page on FB. Anyone can do this if they have a personal account with FB. I think that helps some, but I don’t know how much. That was just the beginning of my journey. There is a lot more to learn!
