I am not sure where they are seeing me. Is it on my FB page or other SM? I’m thinking it is FB, and it is when I post my book at a book promotion site, that they start coming out of the woodwork. They usually start out with just a “Hi!” and then in another e-mail they want to strike up a conversation with you. Some of them have sold thousands of books, so I am certain they have no interest in me. One I just received was from an “author” that I do not know, so I checked out her profile. Nope, I am pretty sure she does not want to talk to me. Another, tells me they love my stories and how they turn to romance in the end. Really? Romance? It’s a children’s chapter book, for crying out loud!
Anyway, I am fairly frustrated and chose to ignore most people, because that is what you have to do to save your sanity.
I have been fairly remiss in posting, because I am writing yet another book, changing book covers, etc. I hope to get back to this is on a more regular basis.
